Fairyhouse Proud To Have A Fully Sponsored Three Day Easter Festival

The Fairyhouse Easter Festival - Sat 30th March - Mon 1st April

Fairyhouse Racecourse today announced that all 23 races that form part of the three-day Fairyhouse Easter Festival are fully sponsored for 2024, with over €1.5 million in prize money on offer over the Easter bank holiday weekend.

Longstanding Irish Grand National sponsors BoyleSports recently extended their 10 year sponsorship of Ireland most valuable National Hunt race while Fairyhouse are also delighted to welcome new sponsors O’Driscolls Irish Whiskey, Race Displays and Envirogreen Building services to their portfolio over the Easter weekend. The O’Driscolls Irish Whiskey sponsorship of the Grade 2 Juvenile hurdle on Easter Monday is in addition to their partnership with Horse Racing Ireland Racecourses as their official whiskey partner.

A number of existing sponsors are returning to the Easter Festival with locally based WillowWarm, Irelands 100% carbon neutral briquette, continuing their sponsorship of the feature Grade 1 contest on Sunday 31st March – the WillowWarm Gold Cup and RYBO continuing their long association with the feature race on Saturday 30th March, the €100,000 RYBO Handicap Hurdle.

The only Grade 1 race for Novice Mares in the Irish racing calendar has the generous support of the Irish Stallion Farms while Rathbarry & Glenview Stud are celebrating 15 years of sponsorship of the Grade 2 Novice Hurdle on Easter Monday.  Neighbours Tattersalls Ireland continue their support with their sponsorship of the George Mernagh sales Bumper on Easter Sunday.

Fairyhouse has always had strong links with national businesses and the local Meath community, and this is echoed through the support of a number of local businesses including Tom Quinlan Electrical, Cawley Furniture, Leinster Reinforcements, The Kenny Family, Paddy Kehoe Suspended Ceilings, Ryan’s Cleaning, Donohue Marquees, Fairyhouse Steel, McInerny Properties and Farmhouse Foods who are all continuing their association with the famous Fairyhouse Easter Festival.

Peter Roe, Manager of Fairyhouse Racecourse commented;

“We are delighted with the support we have received from our partners and sponsors. We have 19 individual race sponsors over the weekend from a broad spectrum of industries who all value the association with Fairyhouse and our iconic Easter Festival. Our partners and sponsors support have contributed  to making this Festival the great weekend it is, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming all our patrons to Fairyhouse from Saturday 30th March to Monday 1st April for a terrific three days of racing.”
