Fairyhouse is about much more than the outstanding racing. There is
great entertainment all weekend long. In recent years we have been treated to some great musical performances from the likes of Paddy Casey, Sharon Shannon and most recently The Kilkennys and we are delighted to announce we will have the Kilkennys back for 2019 on both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday! There is also music
in our hospitality areas with local favourite and Eurovision veteran
Eamonn Toal playing to guests in the Bobbyjo Bistro and different acts
playing in both the Festival Marquee and the Arkle/Ballyhack Rooms.
The racing is complemented with these great musical acts and a real party atmosphere is enjoyed by all in attendance.
Each year at the Fairyhouse Easter Festival, the La Bucca Easter Bonnet competition is held. This is a fantastic opportunity for the kids to show their creative side by making the most colourful and exciting bonnet hats. There are some great prizes on offer from La Bucca Restaurants for both the winner and runners up. Be sure to stop by the La Bucca Marquee on Easter Sunday where there will also be lots of great treats on offer.
