The BoyleSports Irish Grand National has become a stalwart at the heart of the Irish sporting calendar. A race which encapsulates everything that is great about Irish racing, affords connections the opportunity to etch their names into history and join an elusive group who have been fortunate enough to be successful in this race. The race is now the richest Jumps race in the country, standing at a whopping €500,000. The substantial prize fund, coupled with the reputation of the race attracts the game’s best runners and riders to Fairyhouse to take on this demanding course.
What is unique about the BoyleSports Irish Grand National is that it captures
individuals from every walk of life, not just regular racegoers. People
throughout the country are enthralled by the event and often have various
unique ways of picking a winner.
Easter Monday is also Ladies Day and attracts some of Ireland’s most stylish ladies. Here at Fairyhouse we encourage brilliance on and off the track and invite competitors to showcase their unique styles incorporating colour, emerging trends and tasteful accessories in the hope of winning this coveted prize.
The day will be brought to a close with live music in the Festival
Marquee.
